A Song Called Everything

Heyyyy I've been too busy going places and running around(and having naps) that forgot to updated the blog. Now so much has happened that I don't know where to begin... Everyone in Melbourne has been really nice and have had some laughs and good times. 

Thursday

I met a girl called Jennifer at a party few weeks back and we exchanged numbers so we could meet up for some lunch or beer etc. So we did meet up for a lunch AND beers last week. She took me to this awesome cafe with lots of colours and weird, but great, decorations like lamp shades made of gas tanks and all the chairs were different and so on. We had few pints and some nice food and met two of Jenn's friends as well. Had such a nice afternoon.

Friday

Can't actually remember what I did on Friday.. probably not much as short of money. Aaaaa now I remember.. I spent most of the day in bed or on the bed or whatever you are supposed to say. Think we also went for a drive. So not much to tell you there. 


Saturday
 
Al took me to the comedy club after work. We had three course meal there before the stand up. Food was nice and we ended up stealing a spoon as Al really wants to do a bracelet for me.. I know sounds weird but to be honest the spoon is pretty nice :) 

We saw three comedians and I was the first one to get picked on thanks to Al leaving me alone whilst he was getting the drinks. All the comedians were super funny was laughing with tears coming from my eyes. We had some red wine, beers and rum there and afterwards went to a rooftop bar and walk around the Chinatown. Even managed to lose my leather jacket again but thank god Al went to look for it and found it, also missed the last tram and taxi q was massive so I got us a lift from some random man hehe.

Sorry no pictures from that evening as I was too scared to take pics of the comedians (one was from England btw) and later that night was too drunk to be able to take good pics so had to delete them all. 


Sunday

Woke up about 8.30am as needed to go to the flea market with Tom and Nicola. I felt like a zombie but managed to get my shit together and ended up buying everything from the market. Absolutely loved it! So much stuff and so cheap. Got boots, a vintage dress, a top, a vest, a jumper and a cardigan. Oh and black denim jacket for $3! Amazing. I had so many plastic bags that Tom was joking people will start throwing money at me as they think I'm homeless :D 


Tuesday

Ice skating!! Yay!! It was so much fun as I haven't been skating for about 8 years or so. And got a good laugh watching Alex trying not to fall.. he was like a cute giraffe on ice. I don't think I was too good either but he made me seem like a professional. Next time we will try roller skating.

Anyways I think that's it for now. Will try to keep posting soon as I get some stories.
