We did a Thai
cooking class earlier today. Cooked Phad Thai Goong, Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai
(green curry) and Gaeng Karee Moo (yellow curry), it was all tasty
although we were hoping to make the curry paste ourselves. They also
took us to the local market to explain more about the ingredients and
spices. All in all nice experience on a rainy day. Tomorrow we will go
and spend the day at Phi Phi island, that's where the movie the beach
was filmed.
